The pants have a waist that cinches up to fit the smallest waist or can fit up to a 42" waist. The total length of the pants is 38" and the inseam is 24". The jacket has a 24" torso length and measures 46" across to fit over clothing. The neck opening is 8". It is a 4 piece set, Jacket, Pant, Rifle Rag and Sniper Veil. I ride a motorcycle and have ballistic nylon pants with a zip out quilted nylon liner. They were really annoying to put on because the liner would bunch up and be hard to pull over my regular pants (I wear BDU's with the side pockets). The zipper that held the liner in would separate as well because of the difficulty in getting the pants on. I bought these pant liners to replace the zip out liner. Since I can pull on these liners over my BDU's seperately from the motorcycle pants, they go on easily. Then I can pull the motorcycle pants on over the liner and they slide right on because both surfaces inside are nylon! These liners are perfect and all for only $6.99! Thanks Maurice!
