The pants have a waist that cinches up to fit the smallest waist or can fit up to a 42" waist. The total length of the pants is 38" and the inseam is 24". The jacket has a 24" torso length and measures 46" across to fit over clothing. The neck opening is 8". It is a 4 piece set, Jacket, Pant, Rifle Rag and Sniper Veil. This works as advertised. Just wrap a towel around it, put it in boiling water for 20 minutes, let cool, and it's good to go. When you activate it by pressing a small button, a large crystalline structure forms, and the heat is immediate. It stays warm (hot) for about 20 minutes or so, and warm to the touch for 45 minutes.
