Sizing guide:

SizePadded Section LengthRecommended Waist SizeMax Extended Length
Small~76 cm (30")72–80 cm (28–31.5")~100 cm (39")
Medium~86 cm (34")82–92 cm (32–36")~110 cm (43")
Large~96 cm (38")95–105 cm+ (37.5–41"+)~120 cm (47")

Fitment Advice:

  • The "Gap" Rule: Tactical battle belts like this are designed so that the thick padded section does not meet in the middle. There should be a 10–15 cm (4–6 inch) gap at the buckle. This gap allows for full range of motion and prevents the padding from bunching up or pinching when you sit, squat, or bend.
  • Layering: These sizes assume you are wearing the belt over a standard combat uniform. If you intend to wear this over a heavy winter parka, you may want to size up; if wearing it over a thin t-shirt, the adjustable webbing can be tightened to bridge the difference.
  • Load Bearing: If you are using this with the original Redo rucksack system, ensure the padding sits directly on your iliac crest (the top of your hip bones). This is essential to effectively transfer the pack's weight from your shoulders to your legs.
