The Dutch Navy Blue Officer Skirt is crafted from a durable 55% polyester / 45% wool blend making it perfect for for all-day wear. To allow for better movement, the skirt features two front slits at the hem and a center slit at the back. Additional details include 2.5" belt loops, elastic side panels at the waist for a flexible fit, and a back zipper with button closure. Inside, a full 100% polyester lining provides a smooth, polished finish.
